Moonlight Express (Fri. & Sat.)
Moonlight Express offers a free, safe ride anywhere within the Ames city limits on Friday and Saturday nights between 10:30 pm to 2:00 am. This service operates when Iowa State University is in session. Moonlight Express does not operate during the summer.

Moonlight Express has two dedicated routes, operating between west Ames and Campustown and between Frederiksen Court and campus. Operating Days
Moonlight Express does not run on the following weekends:
- Friday/Saturday after Thanksgiving
- Friday/Saturday in January before classes start for spring
- Friday/Saturday of Easter weekend
- Friday/Saturday of Finals Week in May
- Summer
- >Iowa State Breaks during fall/spring semesters
